Toyota partners must register with Retainagroup to gain access to the online portal service allowing them to order replacement VIN plates or glass stencils for vehicles whereby the original sticker or plate has been damaged or defaced (for example following accident damage or theft damage). All types of VIN sticker and plate and stencils are available and proof of ownership and ID along with evidence of the damage to the existing VIN sticker(s) or plate or glass marking must be requested from the customer, we suggest copies of documents are maintained.
